After Breakfast,

I took Mariana back to the surgery,

she still has not eaten, the surgeon examined her and put her on a drip as she was dehydrated and administered her antibiotic injection, the surgeon also managed to feed here a little high protein paste, then back home,

into the kitchen and from the fridge magnets that we collected on our travels this year I decided on Oxford and the many memories of it we had there, to remember this week, we both agreed that it was a fabulous city to look around,

 onto aquarium maintenance,

today I changed about about 40% of the water,

 the fish looked happy,

and then it was time to refill the aquarium,

a quick trip to the market for some potatoes,

and tomatoes and we were back home,

for our evening bar-b-q, thankfully the rain held off, so after some garlic bread,

Diana had prepared scallops and bacon in butter,

we also had a visitor, the stray kitten that has adopted us decided to see what was going on,

time to lite the barby, lots of smoke,

 and sparks,

but soon the charcoal was glowing nicely, and the food was on,

 for tonight chicken,

with thinly cut potatoes and onions in foil,

 delicious!

and then it got even better, brownies, cream and ice cream,

'Cheers!', notice the shirt from Boracay that Diana had brought back from her travels,

 after our meal,

Diana went inside and put the harness on Mariana,

who enjoyed her stroll around the yard,

I think she could smell the other kitten,

after a sit in Diana's chair Diana put her back inside, but rather alarmingly when we returned inside she was sick, also very lethargic, we are scheduled to go to the vets tomorrow for another injection so we will see what the vet says then, and on that rather unsettling note we were off to bed.
