There Is A German Word For It,

when you take delight in other companies or peoples problems,

I was trying to think of it when reading about a Bad Apple problem, we have had one experience with a Bad Apple product where we were regally shafted to use a polite expression by Bad Apple and have wished them ill luck ever since, it seems that our wish has come true according to this article in the Daily Mail, as the company seems to have dropped the ball,

it appears that the US firm faced embarrassment yesterday after thousands of customers struggled to download its new operating system for iPhones and iPads, Bad Apple claims the iOS7 software is so advanced it effectively turns existing iPhones and iPads into new devices, however, many of those who tried to download it simply received an error message,

the Bad Apple company responded as they normally do to their customers in it's usual fashion according to the Guardian, published just 15 hours ago and I quote in full, (Bad) 'Apple did not respond to calls about the matter.' and I have just remembered the word, it is schadenfreude, I have got to stop typing now as I can not stop laughing at Bad Apple and it's rip off products, prices and practises.
