Great News,

my gout is defiantly getting better,

although it is still painful to limp along at least I can make it to the gate in one go, although sitting up as I normally would still brings on a dull aching throb, so on to the post, we had as you might expect a quiet day with me laying down with my foot raised, after our evening meal again complete with her home grown tomatoes, Diana who had spent some time in the kitchen in the afternoon, produced this delicious Victoria sponge for a snack as we watched television, tomorrow I am going to try to ride the bike as we need a few things in Friendship and will soon be able to sit long enough to have a look at the Internet for some of the things that we find fun to post on our blog, so on to what we watched today,

firstly we watched a French film The Fifth Elementin the colourful future, a cab driver unwittingly becomes the central figure in the search for a legendary cosmic weapon to keep Evil and Mr Zorg at bay, a great science fiction adventure, in the trivia department the explosion in the Fhloston main hall was the largest indoor explosion ever filmed at that time, the resulting fire almost got beyond control,

next the last one from Sherlock, then we made a start on the eighth series of Bones, so far as good as the rest of the previous series, we actually watched the first four back to back, so twenty more in series eight to go, the Bones and gout saga continuous tomorrow! with that we were off to bed.
