For Diana's First Morning Back,

we drove into town for breakfast,

to the Pattaya Beer Garden, at the beginning of Walking Street,

the restaurant/bar is beside the main bar complex, at the start of the pathway there is a shrine,

looking past the water treatment works and waste water outlet along Pattaya beach,

a fisherman is trying his luck on the waste water pipe,

 we settled down for breakfast,

 first an ice coffee each,

we chose a table in the shade, we normally sit by the sea, but at 10.30 the tables by the sea in the shade were all taken,

breakfasts arrived, for Diana a pizza,

and for myself as I was a tad hungry,

 chicken korma curry with rice,

 delicious!

on the way out we past the garden water feature, the meal with 2 ice coffees, came to 420 baht, (at today's rate £9.98 or $12.75), next stop home where Diana spent some time unpacking, in the afternoon a game or three of cribbage, where I got soundly beaten,

after our evening meal it was feet up for the latest shows of Crime and Investigation, our film for the evening, Marshall, it is a 2017 American biographical legal drama based on the true story and career of Thurgood Marshall, directed by Reginald Hudlin and written by Michael and Jacob Koskoff, it stars Chadwick Boseman as Thurgood Marshall, the first African-American Supreme Court Justice, and focuses on one of the first cases of his career, the State of Connecticut v. Joseph Spell, a enthralling film to watch, even more so as it is based on true life people and court cases,

to round of our evening as Diana was back we continued to watch The Last Ship, season three, the comedy continued, even though in the last few episodes it got a tad serious, it was now back to it's usual Keystone Navy self, and with a chuckle we were off to bed.
