for my bi-monthly check up,
outside there is a water feature,
and the hospital shrine, so weight, pulse and blood taken, 76.6 kilogrammes, 134 over 68 and a heart rate of 67 beats per minuet,
but I have to wait 1 hour for the blood work, so off for breakfast,
to LK Metro, in the distance the condominiums we can see behind the Robin's Nest,
and this is where I will be eating,
I decided to sit at the front looking at the street, opposite the Bilibong bar/hotel,
looking towards Soi Bukaow,
the restaurant only had 1 customer, well it was early,
this the way to start the day, the 135 baht breakfast, then back to the hospital for the blood work, sugar 120, cholesterol 165 mg/dl, triglyceride 115 mg/dl, HDL-cholesterol 56 mg/dl, LDL-cholesterol 67 mg/dl, all of which seem to be fine, so new appointment made and off home,
as we are going fishing tomorrow we needed some bait,
also we wanted to buy a book case, we had moved the three that we had out of the room the computer is in and wanted a small one to go in there, so after paying the electric bill we called into Tesco Lotus,
naturally stopping first at Swensens,
mine, all mine! we had a look around and found one that was suitable, but first we had a look at a few other furniture outlets, also we called in to Jack Levy's office to get Diana's name and passport change recorded on our BUPA paperwork, we did not find a better one that we looked for a reasonable price, so back we went with the truck,
and I spent some head scratching time assembling it with Diana,
Ta-Da!
a shower and a change and then we were out to Cherry's,
we had a quick look around as we were early and there were not many customers at that time, the well stocked salad bar,
some of the starters,
sushi,
we went for the 399 baht International buffet,
the soup for this evening was tomato or tum yum goong,
a selection of heated dishes,
along with a carvery and selection of pizzas,
and a full selection of desserts, 'I want that one!',
'Cheers!',
on to our main courses,
another 'Cheers!', from Mr. Tony,
and second main courses,
the food as good as usual,
desserts next,
creme burlee for Mr. Tony, Diana and myself decided on a custard pudding,
we finished with a coffee, but I decided on a latte, what a great meal, Cherry's is opposite what was once the X-Cite disco on Third road, the 399 baht International buffet is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays, we then made a move for home and watched,
The Well Diggers Daughter, not as good as the previous films we had watched, but still enjoyable, we thanked and said our goodbyes to Mr. Tony, then watched some cable television till it was time for bed.
