in time to the music you are listening to?
for myself every Saturday night as we sit outside and a few other times, so I decided to watch someone that can really tap out a tune,
we watched Istanbul-based musician named Erdem Dalkıran as he plays a darbuka, or goblet drum, it resonates a little better than our concrete table top! you may think that this is a skill that takes a lifetime to learn, well I guess it does,
but take a look and listen to this young musician and his
friends, from what I can make out this clip was filmed in İstiklal Avenue in the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul, all I know is that after 15 seconds of
playing like that I would have numb fingertips, amazing!
