When I Hear The Term Engineer,

I always think of some working in or on metal,

as in a steam train or car manufacturing plant, or some one working in heating, telephones or a shipyard, you get the idea, so it came as a surprise to read about a paper engineer,

and here is an example of his work, a fully functioning 18 key pipe organ, it works just like the real thing, creating tones with the aid of reeds, but there is a limit as to what paper engineer Aliaksei Zholner can do, the organ needs air and a paper pump was a step too far, so he uses a balloon to provide the puff,

and if you think that is impressive wait till you see this, a working V8 engine with moving pistons and crankshaft,

absolutely amazing!
