Today's Post Is A Tad Late,

as first thing I had to meet Mr. Sander at Kai's home,

back to yesterday, here is birthday boy, being treated to a afternoon cream tea by Diana,

also Diana invited Kai, we were eating at the Bromley Court Hotel,

we made our way to the conservatory,

for our table, all very 'hi-so', as they say in Thailand,

first a brew up,

and well naturally I had to have a few bubbly's,

tea, bubbly and a menu what more could we want?

a selfie from Diana,

then our sandwiches, scones, cream, jam and cakes arrived,

lots of them,

'Cheers!',

on the bottom tray, a selection of sandwiches, tuna & cucumber, honey roast ham & piccalilli egg mayonnaise, smoked paprika roasted vegetable & hummus wrap,

on the middle tray, freshly baked fruit scone, freshly baked plain scone clotted cream & strawberry jam,

at the top for dessert, piña colada panna cotta & cured pineapple, caramel bomb mousse fruit tart and a mixed berry cheesecake,

the girls ready to tuck in,

what a birthday treat! many thanks to Diana, bill paid and we were on our way,

a quick pose,

or two on the way out,

we caught a bus to Bromley High Street, the girls to go window shopping,

for myself past the Thai food stall,

to this one, the fresh seafood stall, which was just closing for the day, luckily I was served, and soon on my way home with crayfish tails, whelks and cockles,

off of the number 354 bus and past Foxgrove Lodge, which looks a picture with the wisteria now in full flower, and it smells nice too, with the flowers aroma filling the air,

I decided to take a photograph of the side of the building as well, arriving home Kai stayed for a coffee until it was time to pop home and feed Buddy,

for us a read and a sherry,

then a 'Cheers!', as we had our evening meal, spaghetti for Diana and a Indian for myself, after which it was a Midsomer Murder, after which Diana was off to bed, for myself a It Ain't Half Hot Mum, before I too was off to bed.
