In America,

the people that control the air are getting into a bit of a flap,

so I guess with this air/underwater drone the navy will now get involved in registering underwater/air drones! up until now many drones can fly, then submerge, but very, very few can take to the air again, but this one can, engineering students at Rutgers University in New Jersey developed with the assistance of a grant by the Office of Naval Research (USA), this air/underwater drone, at the moment it is still tethered by a thin wire to a controller, as typical radio signals can’t penetrate the water, to cut the cord, engineers will study ways to control vehicles acoustically with sound pulses instead of radio waves, that part of the development is estimated to take a year or so, but what a fantastic gadget for film-makers, both for fantasy films and nature documentaries.
