After Diana Left For Work,

I continued playing with the huge RAW (RAF) files,

from my Fujifilm camera, the good news is that there is so much information that can be extracted from them, for instance in this nondescript photograph from the park I did not notice the holly berries,

but after playing with the image, there they are, I printed this as a A3 sized print, even though I say so myself it looks really nice, whereas the original I would not give a pixel for, I then went into a brain freeze, there is a upcoming photographic print competition at the club, the last entries to be submitted next week, so I chose a couple of prints to enter into the competition and fine tuned them,

firstly this one from Folkestone harbour at low tide, nothing of any note, except it was art week when I took the photograph, and a 'art' building had been erected at the end of the jetty,

and this one of a couple punting on the River cam when we visited there, prints now worked on so that I was happy with them, I logged onto the clubs website Beckenham Photographic Society and went to the enter your print page, and found out that I had already entered 2 prints, D'Oh! still there is one more competition before the club closes for the summer, so at least that will save me some time then,

on to my evening read and sherry, the latest edition of Private Eye had just arrived on our doorstep, thanks to a Christmas present from Diana,

and a 'Cheers!' as I tuck into a steak & ale pie, after which it was feet up for this evenings films, for tonight,

The Silent Enemy, sort of based on real events it follows the expert diver Lionel Buster Crabb, whose disappearance in Portsmouth harbour is still unsolved to this day, I followed that with,

Lucy, after a drug package in her stomach leaks, Lucy is transformed into a superhuman who with help takes of the drug lord that made her a drug mule, just as it ended Diana arrived home, so a coffee and a chat as we watched a Have I Got A Bit More News For You before we were both off to bed.
