with a few photographs,
well 2 in fact from
when we visited Southend, I was fascinated by this group of plovers, that
had decided to rest on a unused jetty off of the main pier, although they all
look the same,
each print is slightly different,
looking at them here on the blog, they all look the same but when printed up on a A3 size matte paper they all have a nice but different look to them,
also this black & white of the Park Inn by Radisson Palace, overlooking the pier, after my evening meal, it was also black & white as I watched,
Dunkirk, the 1958 version, filmed in black and white it meant that real footage could be included in the film, a number of actors in the film were destine in later years to become world class, I had just started to watch,
Operation Mincemeat, when Diana called, her evening shift had finished, after picking her up we started the film for both of us as Diana wanted to watch it again, based on facts and also as James Bond fans will know it introduced Ian Fleming a couple of times, as he was actually a part of the planning group, it was just a tad long at over 2 hours, but it was still a good watch, after which we were off to bed.
