it is a haute cuisine chocolate pudding looking like an egg, but with ingredients like chocolate, edible gold leaf and layered with champagne jelly, the creation is made from four different types of the finest Belgian chocolate flavoured with a combination of peach, orange and whiskey, I should also mention the rose at the top of it is finished off with a 2 carat diamond, it was created just in time for today's start of National Chocolate Week by Marc Guibert, head chef at Lindeth Howe Country House Hotel in Windemere, Cumbria, now the bad news, three weeks notice is required to create it, which should give you enough time to find the £22,000 to buy it!
