We Have A Sort Of Busy Day Planned Today,

4 things to be done, so here goes, first thing along to my bank, due to us having to pay for our BUPA and house contents insurance we ran out of money extra quickly this month,
next a trip along Beach Road, to the bank on the right just before the huge television screen to pop in there for a deposit,
3BB is next on the list, to pay for our Internet access,
this is where the office is, on Thepprisit where the weekend night time market is held, if you look in the distance to the left you can just make out the covered bar where I sit at night whilst Diana is shopping,
Diana was feeling a little peckish so a quick stop for some food,
whilst waiting I took this shot along the road, in the distance just before the blue and white stripped building is where in the evening on Fridays there are the motorcycle auctions, next stop a 7-11 to pay the electric bill, we went on the motorbike, if we took the truck by the time we parked and made our way through traffic it would have taken all day! the traffic is so bad out here at the moment, but then it is still high season for another month or so,
what a difference a few hours make, we are now back at the Friday night market, the 3BB shop on the right, stalls being set up in a hurry,
just opposite the bar on the other side of the road is where the motorcycle auction takes place, it has one of those wind tube things 'dancing' outside it, I wonder what the correct name for them is?
new for this week a clothes stall opposite the bar, this area seems to be fluid, something different here every week,
the stall from the other side,
Diana was out shopping for some strawberries, as she arrived back Brian joined us along with Juu,
Dang was also there so the girls were off again on a shopping fest,
then two friends we had not seen for a long time John and Tony called over, so a quick chat to catch up on all that had happened since we last meet and a few directions to some of the local fishing parks, naturally also some important advice like this to anyone who dresses up as a cowboy/girl, perhaps in a historical show as a horse trooper or member of a cavalry regiment, 'do not squat if you are wearing spurs!'
'Cheers!' from me,
past a couple of battery toy cars on our way home, I remember as a kid I had something similar, but it was peddle power, the number of times I scrapped my knee when peddling to fast my foot slipped from the peddle,
a friend of ours is getting married tomorrow so we called past to see how the preparations were going, lights are in place and the street swept clean,
home and feet up for The Simpsons, The Complete Second Season, we watched disc 2, for the complete synopsis have a look here, great fun, I am trying to remember which one we enjoyed the most, I guess Bart vs. Thanksgiving,
Cirque du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant was a really neat special effects treat, teenager Darren Shan is an excellent student and the pride and joy of his perfect middle-class family; his best friend is the reckless Steve, when they receive a flyer with an advertisement for a freak show, they sneak to the theater to see the attractions, let the fun commence!
then one Touch Of Frost to round off the evening, One Man's Meat, investigations into two murders, the first is a homeless teenage girl, discovered beaten and drowned in Denton's river, the second is an environmental health officer, after a dismembered arm washes up on the shoreline, this discovery leads to the investigation of a local meat processing factory, which makes you wonder about meat pies, on that unsavory note we were off to bed.
