If You Are Not Interested In Photography,

so here is the scene, you want to photograph a building or street with no one in the picture, but people/tourist are passing by all of the time, so here is what I have just read of how to take a picture sans humans and just have the buildings, in four easy steps,
  1. Set your camera on a tripod.
  2. Take a picture about every 10 seconds until you have about 15 shots.
  3. Open all the images in Photoshop by going to File> Scripts> Statistics. Choose "median" and select the files you took.
  4. Photoshop finds what is different in the photos and simply removes it.
I have not tried it, but what a neat idea, if it works! another thought, if you program your camera to take 15 pictures and then set a 10 second delay, you can rush into fame stay still until the camera has taken all 15 shots and be the only person there!
