Blog Posted,

so first thing I was out,

to visit Duncan in the nursing home where he lives, the good news he was awake, and he tucked in to one of his favorite snacks I had brought down for him, salt & vinegar crisps, as well as some strawberries that Diana had bought, we chatted about old times, when the four of us first meet up, although I had known Steve and Duncan for many years before, it was the first time Steve and myself meet Harry Baxter, he was one of Duncan's clients when Duncan published a magazine called Offshore Product Review, we had a a great time together for the 2 weeks were were in Thailand,

we chatted away until Duncan's lunch arrived and we said our farewells, arriving home I played with a few photographs, these are two of them,

both of these taken when Diana and myself lived in Thailand for several years,

both taken in the famous 'Walking Street' in Pattaya, which brought me nicely up to the time for my evening meal,

first a read, I omitted the sherry as I would be going out later,

for tonight a cottage pie, 'Cheers!',

meal finished and I was out to the meeting of the Beckenham Photographic Society, past the snail mail box,

across the green,

and into the hall where we meet,

it was a hive of activity as we readied the chairs for tonight's speaker,

Phil Kirk, who gave a talk titled Wild About My Garden,

no the screen shot was not in his garden! the photographs he took were nothing short of stunning, many featured common garden animals but taken with a three flash set up with the camera set at an incredible 1/20,000th of a second! the results impressed everyone present, I made my way back home after the presentation, Diana arriving shortly afterwards, so feet up for a coffee and a chat as we watched a Have I Got A Bit More News For You before we were off to bed.
