I dropped Diana off at work,
this time a 05.00AM start, later in the morning I was out
into a bright blue sky day, passing the snail mail box,
I noticed this bush laden down with berries,
as I exited the park past the Foxgrove Lodge,
these signs should have warned me, I waited for 20 minutes or so at the bus stop for a 354 bus, but no buses, evidently who ever was in charge of the upcoming road works had told the buses to find a alternative route, so a walk into town for a 227 bus to Bromley,
the original plan was to meet Diana at the bus stop and we would both go to Bromley, but she was asked to work until later in the afternoon, so she decided that she would go straight home after work, for myself I still went to Bromley for some shopping, so past The Partridge,
and into the market square,
I am hoping this is not an advertisement for a food stall!
past the haberdashery stall,
and the one selling Thai food, another month or so and we will be there,
into Lidl for a important purchase, 3 bottles of spiced rum, and some food, back on to the 227 bus alighting at what was once the town hall,
a walk past the graveyard,
where I noticed these,
a really colourful patch of mini cyclamen,
past the green,
into the park and home where Diana soon arrived, after a coffee and a chat it was soon time for our evening meal,
for our starters a crayfish tail avocado salad,
tuck in!
for our main course a spaghetti and cheese ball affair for Diana,
for myself a 30 day aged wagyu steak with all of the trimmings,
'Cheers!',
then time for another one as we tucked into a strawberry trifle, after which a Outback Opal Hunters, followed by a Deadliest Catch, then feet up for a Midsomer Murder, after which Diana was off to bed, for myself a couple of Bangers & Cash, before I too was off to bed.
