I Had A Few Things To Do,

after I dropped Diana off at work,

where we live a part of the fence has become storm damaged and as I saw a nice fence of similar design I called by to take details of the installer that were left on each of the fence panels, next to Bromley to pick up some shopping and pop into the bank, I parked in the car park and of course despite having the location thing in my telephone switched on the car park charging system could not find me! so I drove to the other end of the car park, it still could not find me, so I tried another car park same thing, but, a option to park in car parks already used came up, and we had used this car park before so eventually I paid my £3.50 for 2 hours of parking, out of the car park, 

and past the florist in the alleyway that leads to the High Street, 

opposite the entrance the shop that sometimes in the autumn has cob nuts and also chestnuts, 

past the now closed cinema, 

and the Star & Garter public house, 

a new shop has appeared next to the bus stop, a general store for household goods, 

next past The Partridge, 

and Primark,

today bright sunshine, so all of the stalls were here today, the haberdashery,

and the greengrocers, to name just 2 of them, 

I had a walk along the High Street looking for a camera bag to take 2 cameras for our upcoming holiday, but no luck, as it happens Diana is sure we have a bag somewhere indoors, hopefully she will find it, 

back to Lidl, some spiced rum, not that I needed any but as I was here, I picked another few up as well as some food, 

I had a few thing to do in the bank and then I was driving home,

where I had some time to play with a few more photographs for the 'Thailand' folder,

this market is open twice a week on waste ground, the whole area covered with tarpaulins for protection against sun and rain, all of which brought me nicely up to the time for our evening meal,

but first a sherry and a read of the latest edition of Private Eye, 

for our starters a crayfish tail salad,

time to tuck in, 

for our main course a Korean meal for Diana,

bangers, mash, onions and broccoli for myself, 'Cheers!', after which as it was a tad late we were straight into a Midsomer Murder, after which Diana was off to bed, she was so tried, today was another 10 hour day for her, for myself one from Marco Polo before I too was off to bed.
