We Had A Quiet Day,

although we popped out to Central festival,

we did not take any pictures, we were in fact looking for the B2S store, to see what Amazon e readers were available, as on the Internet B2S are agents to sell them, but had no luck finding it, arriving back home and looking again on the Internet, it looks like it is a store within a store based in the Asia bookshop, but no mention of it on the Asia bookshop site, so another trip there tomorrow, arriving home we watched some cable television after our evening meal we settled down to 2 episodes of Foyle's War, firstly High Castle, followed by Trespass, tomorrow we are looking forward to hopefully finding a e reader and with that we were off to bed.

No, B2S is not connected to Asia Books but a stand alone store that has been open since Central Festival has opened.

Its on the 4th floor, (I think) ..... the same one as all the banks.

Surprised that Powerbuy in Central Festival does not have kindles also ?

Hope that helps.

Dear Anonymous, you are correct, we went back and found B2S, for some reason I always think that Central is just that part where the escalators are, I never thought to look into the main store, but we did and now we have a Kindle, not cheap at 11,900 baht but there it is, all we have to do now is work out how to download free books and not ones from Amazon! many thanks again for the information, best regards, Stan and Diana.

Dear Anonymous, the shame of it all, not being computer literate so many problems with changing the format we gave up and downloaded from Amazon, the good news is that many of the books I like are on Amazon for free and most of the others I like are in the .49 to 1.49 price range so our library is almost complete, I have to admit I have not read a newly published book in the last 30 or so years, I just love re-reading the old ones, think Day of the Triffids, War of the World's, Sherlock Holmes, Kipling etc, and many more of the same type of age, the sad thing is that some book I would like are not available on Kindle such as A Fish Caught in Time: The Search for the Coelacanth, but I did tick the box that sent a message to the publisher asking for it to be available, now back to browsing the Amazon free books, and many thanks for all of other readers tips, best regards, Stan and Diana.
