Off To Work,

as Carl is still on holiday,

and it will be the same next week, out into a rainy day,

and a long walk, that is my bus disappearing into the distance, the stop was closed due to the road works, the road here dug up again in less than 2 weeks, so it is chaos all around the park entrance,

I walked to the Beckenham Green stop and had a look at the daffodils, last night walking past them they looked almost white,

and that is because in daylight they are!

looking across the green, at last the next bus arrived,

I alighted at This 'N' That,

next to the florist, then over the road, and my working day begun, I took a few photographs of some of the fish,

some rainbows,

geophages,

black angelfish,

metallic Jack Dempsey,

red shouldered severum,

ancistrus catfish

Osphronemus gourami,

fantailed goldfish,

common clownfish,

the day in the shop finished, so a walk back past the road works,

the day had dried and cleared, it was quite a nice evening as it happens,

a read and a sherry, Diana was at work,

but had left me a huge chicken curry,

note to self, buy bigger plates!

I then settled down for the 3 hour long Mutiny on the Bounty, the1962 version with Marlon Brando, and very enjoyable it was too, shortly after it finished Diana arrived home from work so one from the excellent series A Touch of Frost before we were off to bed.
