Sunday Has Raced Around Again,

it was soon time for our Sunday lunch,

first a quick read and a sherry,

a 'Cheers!', as our lobster bisque arrived for our starter,

for today our main course, a lamb shank, with gravy for Diana,

sans gravy for myself,

eyes down,

and tuck in,

for dessert a real surprise, a mini Christmas pudding,

with a touch of brady,

warm the spoon,

almost there, what a nice treat, as it happens there are only 286 days to Christmas for the real time for Christmas pudding, in the afternoon after listening to music it was our old favourite Columbo, we watched a couple of those and then a sort of documentary, 

about how a series Are You Being Served? was nearly never made, the BBC hating the show from the very beginning, 

photograph BBC the documentary was called Secrets & Scandals Of Are You Being Served?, which was quite an eye opener, after the pilot showing before the series started filming the BBC said, 'get rid of the poof' luckily they did not, as John Inman became the star of all 10 series, a record for the BBC, we rounded the evening off with a Lewis before we were off to bed.
