are super condos a part of the answer?

in China, originally it was a hotel, but its use has been converted, the building is 206 meters tall and has 36 to 39 floors, depending on
what you’re side of it you’re on, and as any building housing a community of this size it is pretty much self contained,
the building contains a giant food court for its tens of thousands of inhabitants,
as well as swimming pools, barber shops, nail salons, medium-sized
supermarkets, and internet cafes, so you pretty much do not have to ever leave the building! for more information about the building and rents have a look here,
so how many people occupy the 260,000 square meters of
space? the number of inhabitants has been a matter of debate on Chinese social
media, but judging by the number of rooms and the number of floors, it is
estimated that between 11,000 and 22,000 people live in the building at any
given time, so could super condos like this be the answer to housing people in the future? I just hope you do not have a neighbour who is into loud music or
plays musical instruments in the early hours of the morning!
