Work Has Begun,

on our home,

for most of this summer, 

the house will be surrounded by scaffolding,

the crew arrived this afternoon,

as it happens for the few hours they were here, I was impressed by how quickly they had erected the lower parts of the side,

and part rear of the building, more scaffolding will be arriving today, it is lovely living in an old building, but every so often major repairs are needed, roof tiles made secure, chimneys repointed, the outside painted, and a few other things that need doing will hopefully all be taken care of over the next few months, all we have to do is pay our share! as Diana was on early shift she arrived home in the afternoon, we watched some television until our evening meal, after a Outback Opal Hunters it just so happened that a Endeavour was playing so we watched that before an early night, Diana has another early start tomorrow, and with that we were off to bed.
