It Made A Nice Change,

for Diana to have two days off one after another,

normally we would have caught a train or driven some where, but with the lockdown in place we decided on a lazy day at home, in the afternoon we settled down to watch Anne of the Thousand Days, neither of us had watched it before, at two and a half hours long it detailed the marriage of Henry VIII to Anne Boleyn, great attention to detail, thoroughly enjoyable, next it was time for our evening meal,

we had some Indian dishes in the refrigerator and freezer,

also Diana had bought some beansprouts when she went to the shop yesterday, delicious,

for our film of the evening it was The Eagle, another film I was surprised at that we had never watched before, and it was remarkably good, the story, costumes and especially the locations were all just so good, we followed that with one from New Tricks, then for us an early night as it was only 11.00 in the evening, we had to be up in 4 hours as Diana was on the first of her three early shifts for the week, so with that we were off to bed.
