so I called again in the morning, and was told the same as yesterday, when finished the engineers would call to make an appointment, we had a quiet day at home, but in the evening it was glad rags on for our cousins Thanksgiving celebrations,
and this is where we are going, Cherry's,
our menu for the evening,
an amuse bouche,
with salsa and bread rolls but we both went with the American corn bread,
followed by the prawns,
Diana used my wine glass for a pose,
whereas I actually drink it!
soup,
and an orange sorbet,
the main course,
turkey with all of the trimmings, there was a choice of lamb as well,
a final 'Cheers!', as the desserts appeared,
and what a treat it was, Cherry's is located on Third Road opposite what was once the X-Cite disco,
arriving home we watched Cloud Atlas, what a huge story and complicated or what? (it could have been the wine), but the scenes were so visually stunning that we just had to watch it, but be warned it is just a tad under 3 hours long, so we were well into the new day before we were off to bed.
