I Persevered,

trying to download a video editing program,

and finally manged to download one from Microsoft which advertised itself as free, but if you tried to save anything you had to pay, so not really free if you want to use the save option, anyway above is just a couple of minuets of the crows landing on the window sill, some of it is out of focus, I did not figure out how to cut those bits out, I will find out the next time I do a video,

during the afternoon Robbie called round,

our boiler was due for its annual service, better to get it done now before the cold weather starts, meanwhile I was putting the Christmas garland around the front door,

Diana finished work in the late afternoon, and called to say that there were some stalls on Beckenham Green,

so I walked down to meet her,

in previous years there are normally 20 or 30 stalls,

but today just 12 or so, a look at the Christmas tree, it seems a bit early, but like us many people are so fed up of the lockdowns it seems that Christmas is the only thing to feel happy about,

in the three or four flowers beds at the front of the green someone has gone to a lot of trouble and expense planting them out with Cyclamen,

we were not tempted by the brownies,

just a little bit by the fish and chips,

but when Diana saw the wood fired pizza,

she almost weakened!

a last look at the stalls and we made our way home,

and our now Christmas decorated front door,

for our evening meal we also put out the Christmas candles,

which looked nice,

all set,

'Cheers!',

for our starter, crab and avocado,

and for our main course,

Diana had made a lamb stew,

which was delicious,

for dessert,

a slice of Morello cherry and almond pie with custard, after our meal we settled down to a late night Midsomer Murder and then for us we were off to bed.
