I Am Only Making One Post Today,

as first thing I will be down in the cellar,

with Maggie and Len, making a start on removing unwanted items that have collected there, all of the residents were given 60 days and then 30 days notice to remove or label their items stored there, so today a inventory will be made which will help us with the choice of van/truck to remove the junk, back to Sunday and our lunch, first a sherry and a read of Private Eye, and what a eye opening read it is,

for our starter a prawn cocktail on avocado with garlic bread,

time to tuck in,

for our main course gammon ham with all the trimmings with gravy for Diana, sans gravy for myself,

'Cheers!, in the afternoon we watched a couple of Columbo's,

before making a start on removing the Christmas tree decorations and the garland around the front door, tomorrow I will take everything upstairs, Christmas is officially over, let the spring begin!

next feet up for Tremors A Cold Day in Hell, which we had watched before, way back in July 2018

in the evening it was time for cheese and biscuits along with gherkins, silver skin onions and beetroot, before a couple of films,

we had watched before, this is what I wrote then:

'The Lost City of Z, the true story of a man that formed the basis for the Indiana Jones character amongst others, the man in question Percy Fawcett, if you have time to follow the link here is another one that details his travels and life, a real truelife adventurer and explorer, back to the film, we thoroughly enjoyed it, a tribute to him showing the hardship that he and others including his son endured, if this type of film genre appeals to you then Mountains of the Moon is a 'must watch' film for you, we followed that with,

Alien: Covenant, which we both thoroughly enjoyed, especially as we had it on a Ultra HD Blu-ray disc, after which we were off to bed.

Hmm is anyone else having problems with the images on this blog loading?
I'm trying to determine if its a problem on my end or if
it's the blog. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Anonymous, sorry to hear you are having trouble, as it happens a couple of days ago I had a problem getting onto the Internet, it turned out it was not me but a problem with the net for a couple of hours, hopefully by the time you read this it will be resolved, best regards, Stan and Diana.
