I Knew I Should Not Have Had The Car Washed Yesterday,

today it was blowing a gale,

with rain lashing down, not the ideal day to drive to a park and have a walk around, so off shopping instead,
the clue is the two chimneys, and of course the story behind them,

we were of course at IKEA, in the Purley Retail Park, Diana wanted some coat hangers now that we had our new wardrobe,

shopping over and back to the tram station,

it looks so bright at the moment, but more rain clouds came storming in, and the forecast for the rest of the week is just as dire,

we called into O'Neill's as we were thirsty after all of that walking,

in the evening prawn avocado, with garlic bread,

 'Cheers!',

for tonight steak, we had bought this weeks at the butchers in Polhill Garden Centre, and nice it was too,

Diana's steak a tad smaller, both came to £7.50, so £3.75each, I am not sure if that is good or bad for pricing, but the steaks were certainly good, 30 day aged,

so eyes down and tuck in,

for dessert ice cream and diced pears,

delicious! for the evening we listened to music and with that and the approaching midnight hour we were off to bed.

What is the book you have had sitting next to you the past couple of dinners?
