If Like Myself,

you are not at all happy with heights,

this is not the road transport bridge for you! the bridge is suspended about 300 meters above a wide river gorge and spans 240 meters, but here is the thing, it has no towers or base for support, relying only on four steel cables to support vehicles up to 45 tonnes! the bridge is the Dadong River Gorge suspension bridge in Chongqing’s Wulong District, China, thankfully it is only used by trucks and construction machinery,

the bridge was made to facilitate a even bigger project, the Shuangbao Bridge, when completed, it will be the world’s largest double-arch bridge, stretching over both the Dadonghe and Xiaohegou Rivers, the bridge featured is a temporary suspension bridge to aid the project, all I can say is the driver of vehicles that cross it deserve a medal, still the 4 cables that suspend the bridge have all held, so far.
