It Was Going To Be,

a quick walk into town,

post a couple letters, pick up a few groceries and walk back, it was not to be, as I approached what I thought was the post office, as it had a huge double sided post box outside it, and as it happens a Post Office Parcel Farce van outside, I thought, here it is, but it had moved further down the High Street to the rear of W. H. Smiths, arriving there the queue was huge, everybody and his brother had spent the weekend writing Christmas cards to be sent abroad, so each one had to be weighed, eventually shopping over, I then had a few more things to do in town, like call into the key smiths in the station, and after drawing some money then put some on our travel cards, and then I was home,

where as arranged Paul was on time,

 I was not,

 then the fun began,

chop off a piece of the dado rail,

 fit the wall mount,

 tune in the television,

and the soundbar and bass speaker,

 and ta-da!

 a documentary about,

birds, we (Paul), tried all of the channels and player and all was well, almost as soon as I arrived home Diana was off to London to go shopping, see the lights and have a meal in China Town as Kai, whose day off it was, and a friend were going to London Diana joined them,

arriving home Diana was so happy with the television, both on Netflix,

and on 4K Blu-rays, the television was picture perfect, I should say we only have a couple of 4K films,

in the afternoon I watched Life of Pi, the sets and special effects were stunning, in the evening when Diana was back we watched out other Blue-ray,

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, which again looked and was stunning, we are so looking forward to our other Blue-ray discs arriving hopefully in mid February from Thailand, which are being sent by ship as we have been buying from the UK films with a 4K disc included as well as the normal Blue-ray, and with that we were off to bed.
