I Was So Busy Deleting Emails Yesterday,

that I never got round to giving the orchids a feed,

of liquid fertilizer, they seem to appreciate the feed, last weekend just a few flowers on this one were open, now lots are opening,

and nice they are too,

one of the bargain basement orchids,

is still putting on a good show,

and the store bought ones from the local Homebase have started to flower again,

with new buds that have formed since we bought them, both the yellow,

 and the crimson red,

have a new set of buds,

 the other bargain basement,

 from having no flowers,

now has 4 large buds that will hopefully open in the next few weeks,

before lunch a quick walk past the tennis courts,

I was on my way to Waitrose,

we had enough milk for today but would run out tomorrow, and it got me out of Diana's way as she prepared our starter for today's roast,

for today mussels but this time in a garlic, rather than a white wine sauce,

 'Cheers!',

for today a smoked ham, Diana's with gravy,

 for myself,

 without,

for dessert a sticky toffee pudding with cream and ice cream, we watched a few quiz shows in the afternoon, then after a late evening snack,

it was feet up for Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid, which takes place in Borneo, which seems a bit strange, as according to the World Atlas, they, anacondas, are not found there, but apparently early settlers may have brought some with them and released them into the wild, in any event if you watched the first Anacondas, this is pretty much the same, a group of people travel upriver on a boat, the snakes find them, but I will not spoil the outcome, and with that we were off to bed.
