I had also found a dealer for Royal Enfield motorbikes,
Mityon Pattaya Company Ltd., at 124/108 M.10 South Pattaya Road, it is on the corner of Pattaya Tai and Third Road, we parked by the side of it,
they had two on display, but what a difference in the sales staff, I had already on line looked at the range and picked the Royal Enfield 500 cc. Classic Chrome as an example, the gentleman that we talked to explained that it was not in stock and having given us the price of one fitted with a rear 'buddy' seat, the standard one only comes with a single seat, to the nearest baht, he said that at the moment there is a 2 month delivery wait and he has in fact three on order with deposits taken, what a totally different and happy experience compared to the Triumph dealership, above is the Squadron Blue,
and next to it the Classic 500 in Lagoon,
arriving home we noticed a couple of the air-plants,
had produced a few more flowers,
two plants in fact,
next off to the weekend night market on Thepprasit Road,
looking towards Jomtien,
cloudy skies,
they are early or we are late, the Za Sha shop is open,
looking inland cloudy skies,
I made my way along one of the aisles,
and passed this stall,
selling contact lenses,
both corrective and coloured,
I squeezed past the fruit seller,
and found another contact lens stall,
again with hundreds on offer,
opposite the bar this evening a 20 baht stall and a clothes stall,
the steelworks,
remaining that same as last week,
and then who should I bump into? none other than Jim,
we had a quick chat as we were going to meet at the bar later, into the pet section,
I stopped here for some wet and dry food for the kittens,
I am always amazed at the selection of goods on offer,
on to the petting shop,
with goats outside,
and in,
you can buy small bottles of milk to feed them,
in the next stall,
a few piglets also waiting to be feed,
I had a quick look at the aquatic shop,
then made my way back to the bar, sunset, not that you could see it, over the market,
at the market these 'T' shirts really glowed, but look a bit plain now I have taken the picture,
at the bar with Brian and Jim,
and here is Cher, they are here for a number of weeks then they are off to Myanmar, after saying our farewells,
we were going to eat at the Punch and Judy, but it was live music night, neither of us like a live band whilst eating, we prefer quiet background music, so over the road we went to The Caddy Shack Inn, it is located in Thepprasit 8 Alley, opposite what was once the Eden Hotel,
it has a large bar,
and restaurant area,
chicken and chips for Diana,
fish and chips for myself,
a smile from Diana,
and a 'Cheers!', from myself,
we did not have a desserts at the restaurant as we had some cherries waiting for us at home, for the rest of the evening we watched a few quiz shows a couple from Judge Judy and with that we were off to bed.
