yesterday a set of dumbbells arrived,
so today after posting the blog I started my daily exercises as usual,
after breakfast a walk to the bank, and what a difference a day makes, instead of blue skies, today grey and overcast, in the afternoon a game of Trivial Pursuits and after our evening meal a couple from Murdoch Mysteries,
rounding off the evening with a couple from Frontier, which was getting better at every episode, as the midnight hour approached we were off to bed.
