concerned with a story line that Big Brother is watching your every move,
nonsense of course, but wait a moment is it really so far fetched? with
Internet companies amongst others watching our every step perhaps it is now

so as I live outside of the UK and use blogspot.com how will I know if the announcement works as I will not see an announcement outside of the UK? and if it does not what can I do about it?
