and you thought fish were fun!
well these ones certainly are, artist, illustrator, and
designer Lisa Ericson,
uses her considerable talent,
to take the body of one fish,
and in it's tail create a fantasy world of other creatures,
Lisa exhibited this
series in a two-person exhibition titled Supernature at Antler Gallery in
Portland, OR last month, You can view more of her in-process and completed
animal paintings on her Instagram and Facebook pages, and no I am not on commission, I just think these hyperrealistic paintings are just so detailed, the more I look, the more I see, right down to the tiny polyps in the corals, amazing!
