We Had A Pleasant But Expected Surprise,

a huge box appeared,

and in it,

our two bedside lamps,

watched by the husky form Finland,

we unpacked and assembled them, if you are interested in lighting we bought them from Tiffany Lighting Direct, all we need now is for the wardrobe to arrive and our bedroom will be complete,

in the afternoon we decided on a trip out,

to Bromley,

blue skies and sunshine,

in actual fact we needed a new CO2 cylinder for our sodastream, 

so it was into Lakeland in the market square to exchange the empty for a full one,

I also called into see Danny for a chat in his jewelry shop on the square,

next past the fruit and flower seller,

outside of the Glades before having a look in the pet shop there,

we had arranged to meet here,

in the Greyhound after we had both finished shopping,

in the evening our meal,

farmhouse chicken soup with garlic bread,

'Cheers!',

for our main course a steak for Diana,

and a slightly larger one for myself,

and a Millionaire's Dessert as it is called to finish the meal off,

and what better to go with it than a glass of port, we listened to music for the rest of the evening, chatting about future visits to London and the coast as the weather seems to have improved, and with that we were off to bed.
