These Pictures To Me,

look like you are staring down a microscope,

 with strange cell growths,

 of bacteria,

 or other microscopic cultures,

but they are in fact footprints in the snow and ice of frozen lakes of Lithuania, they were taken by designer and part-time photographer Mantas Bačiuška, at the height of 300 feet, each photo is titled with the exact longitude and latitude of its location, a technical detail that is an important part of the work, when Bačiuška is not flying his high powered drones in his hometown of Druskininkai, Lithuania he is a freelance motion graphic designer, You can see more images from his series Moonlike Icy Lakes here, what a strange series of pictures, so totally different.
