in the morning I attended a funeral, Diana was still to unwell to attend,
arriving home I found Diana was so much better that we ordered a Miso meal to be delivered!
a few prawn crackers to start,
and a few favourites for Diana,
including Singapore noodles,
and a Malaysian chicken curry with rice for myself, but late in the afternoon Diana started to become cold again, her doctor telephoned having been advised of her second negative covid test, and decided that Diana had one of two problems, firstly and the most likely Diana had full blown influenza, or a infection, probably in her lungs, the doctor arrange for some antibiotics to be available at Boots the pharmacist in town, so I was off to town, I also called into pick up a specimen phial from the surgery that was waiting for me, arriving home home Diana was much better again, and had a snack with myself in the evening, we watched a couple more episodes of The Irregulars, after which Diana had an early night, I was still not tired so I watched a New Tricks before I too was off to bed.

Great news on the 2nd negative COVI-19 test. Flu or infection can be treated by addressing the root cause of compromised immune system. Give her weakened condition from over work, she is very lucky that she did not contract Covid-19. Now she needs to be extremely careful given she is in a situation where it would be very easy for her to contact Covid-19. She needs 2 weeks of rest with a good diet to rebuild her strength before working again. On return she should modify her weekly hours down to the normal 40 hour work week so she does not return to a weakened condition that would once again lower her immune system to the point that she is vulnerable to a whole host of viruses that operate on the public sectors. Nice she was able to get this gentle warning and then can take proper corrective action to protect herself forward plus build up strength and overall immunity. Health is so important and glad things will work out for the positive on this entire situation.

Dear John and Alley, today Diana was fighting fit and we went to town, Diana wanted to go back to work today but I have said she must have more rest, tomorrow we are going for a picnic in the park, weather permitting, but as you might have guessed Diana is rearing to go back to work, she loves it so much, but I will be hoping she will have a few more days rest, time will tell! best regards, Stan and Diana.
