the orchids were continuing to put on a good display,
this one especially so,
a few more buds had opened since last week,
it is amazing to think that at the moment plants like this one are available in places like Marks & Spencer's or Waitrose for under £10.00,
in a few weeks,
the bud on this one will open,
at the other end of the window sill,
this one in flower,
the good news is that the flowers seem to last for months before dying, I watched television for the afternoon and early evening, an hour of Fred Dibnah was a pleasure to watch, shortly afterwards Diana arrived home, after her evening meal it was feet up for a Midsomer Murder and a New Tricks, we have seen almost all of the series before, but they are so nice to watch again, we rounded off the evening until the early hours of the morning watching,
The Hobbit:The Battle of the Five Armies, which was very enjoyable indeed, after which we were off to bed.
