We Had A Quiet Day,

in the afternoon we were out,

through a wet park to the bus stop,

to arrive at the Odeon cinema in Beckenham,

time to load up for the film,

popcorn, of course,

and tortilla chips,

with dips and olives for Diana,

I have to say it, just what you want for eating in a dark cinema, not,

all set and we were ready to go, the film tonight?

The King's Man, what a treat! we both thoroughly enjoyed the film, but then we enjoyed the other two in the franchise, but in all fairness I did mentioned to Diana that I was not too sure about this prequel, I was so wrong, the fight scenes as usual were so well choregraphed, the fight in No Man's Land particularly scary dairy, and as a bonus it was set against a number of true life happenings, from the British invention of concentration camps in the Boer War to the bazaare assassination of Archduke Ferdinand, here is hoping for a fourth King's Man,

outside it was dark and wet, we made our way home for our evening meal,

and of all things Chicken Run, we had not watched the film for so long, followed by a New Tricks before we were off to bed.
