First Thing I Had A Look At The Latest,

extra floor around the chimneys

that the scaffolders had been working on,

they had been so busy making great progress,

although I have to say,

with my head for heights not a job for me!

in the afternoon we were out, as Diana was still on a short holiday break,

a nice bright day,

into the station,

we caught the train to Bromley South,

and made our way to the Vue cinema,

we soon made ourselves comfortable,

we were back here to watch,

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, as the film is newly released I will not comment on it in case you have not yet seen it,

after the film finished it seemed strange to walk out into bright sunlight,

opposite the station we caught a 358 bus,

which conveniently stopped almost opposite the Kathmandu Masala, as it happens Diana took this photograph as we left, when we arrived there was a group of staff outside and I did not want to photograph them,

we had booked a table, but had the place to ourselves,

a couple of poppadums to nibble on,

as we pursued the menu,

our starters, mixed kebab for Diana, a prawn puri for myself,

'Cheers!',

after a long break our main course arrived,

well I had to have another 'Cheers!', we ordered chicken korma, lamb Khasi Ko Mashuchilli, which was a fillet of lamb cooked in typical Nepalese recipe with potato, tandoori King prawn masala, along with aloo gobi, basmati rice fried with fresh mushrooms and peas and a peshwari nan, all of which was delicious, Diana finished the meal with a coffee after her coke, a bottle of red for myself, the bill came to £92.40 including service charge, next over the road to the bus stop for a number 54,

then home where it was feet up for a couple of Midsomer Murders before we were off to bed.
