I Have Caught Up With Tuesday,

but it took me some time, so for today another with only one post a day,

back to Tuesday as it was Diana's day off we were out, along with Steve and Kai, to Wyngarth Farm, PYO Lower road, west Farleigh, Kent, ME15 0PF. 01622 859272,

to a pick your own farm, cherry picking,

it was a tad windy,

all set,

as we made our way into the field,

row upon row of trees,

but I had to stop at these thistles,

just coming into flower,

we passed many rows of trees that were not quite ready,

but near the end of the field,

here we were,

Diana picking the first of many,

Steve about to get started,

it was so easy, even I could do it!

and there were lots to chose from,

a quick pose,

looking up the field towards the top of the hill,

a few more to take home,

Ta-Dah!

Diana enjoying her day off,

we still had lots more picking to go,

Steve busy,

in the distance Diana,

as I started to walk up the hill,

lots more to go,

to keep the birds away these gas guns go pop! every so often,

somewhere up there,

is Kai,

Diana's basket starting to get full,

a panorama of the field,

the girls,

and myself,

looking down form the top of the field,

and a panorama of the field from the top,

Kai had brought her selfie stick,

so the girls were in pose mode,

the best one is always just out of reach!

Steve and Kai,

the girls were back to selfies,

we were joined by Steve,

I had given him the address of the wrong farm, there is the PYO and the main farm office, by mistake I gave him the address of the office, but he soon found the correct farm, my bad,

group photograph,

the spoils of the day,

back to the weigh in, the cherries were £6.50 per kilo,

all of that picking gave us a appetite, so to the Malta Inn Beefeater it was,

we were a tad early,

so a look at the River Medway that the restaurant is next to,

Steve and Steve having a chat,

and pose from Diana,

the restaurant,

over looks the river, which was nice especially if it is a calm, warm, sunny day,

we had a look at the day time menu,

2 courses for £11.95, the girls went with a starter each of chicken wings, and garlic flatbread,

for our mains Kai went with beef lasagne, Rainham Steve and Diana, haddock and chips, which had a £2.49 surcharge for haddock,

Beckenham Steve and myself went for a £1.99 surcharge for the sirloin steak,

almost set,

one group photograph and tuck in!

the three boys went with a caramel apple Betty with ice cream,

Steve and Steve,

what a nice meal, thanks to Rainham Steve having a 30% voucher the bill came to £90 for the 5 of us including drinks, but my white wine was £19.50 which I paid for, I should also add that the bill included 2 mocktails for the girls,

having said goodbye to Rainham Steve we made a move for home,

after a freshen up and change of clothes, we were out again,

we meet Steve and Kai on the train and arrived in Bromley, and into the Glades for the girls to window shop,

next a McDonald's for the girls as they were hungry, so a snack before the show,

and this is the show were are going to watch, Rumours of Fleetwood Mac, at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley,

and what a show! James Harrison -guitar and vocals,

Dave Goldberg – keys and vocals,

Jess Harwood – lead vocals,

Scott Poley – guitar and vocal,

Sophie Worsley – keys and vocals as well as Ettine Gerard -Bass,

Diana recorded a couple of small parts of the performance, this song titled Go Your Own Way,

and a drum solo by Allan Cosgrove,

who at the end of the show received a huge round of applause,

the show was so enjoyable,

and as a bonus you could meet the band afterwards, we caught the train home, what a wonderful day we all had, arriving home after a coffee and a Have I Got More News For You, we were off to bed.
