time just seems to go so fast,
so on with my Sunday sherry and read,
for our starter today a country vegetable soup,
followed by roast lamb and all of the trimmings, with gravy for Diana,
sans gravy for myself,
'Cheers!',
for dessert some fresh strawberries, after our meal Steve and Kai called round with some cucumbers and radishes from their garden, we chatted the afternoon away, after we said our goodbyes,
it was feet up for the evenings films, firstly The Current War, which was so enjoyable as well as being so informative, I was well aware of the 'war' between Edison and Tesla, but had no idea that Westinghouse was such a key player, a really enjoyable film,
we rounded the evening off with Kong: Skull Island, we had watched the film before but it was nice to watch it again, almost non-stop action with stunning special effects, with the end of the film we were off to bed.
