All Set For A Sherry,

and a read,

'Cheers!',

smoked salmon and lettuce for our starter, we then had a long break and listened to a CD from Eagle-Eye Cherry

Desireless, all of the tracks were likable, but our favourite 2 were Save Tonight, above,

also when we heard him singing When Mermaids Cry, hearing the name Lorelei reminded us of our trip in July 2016 when we heard the tragic story of her when we were in Germany, great couple of songs, having said that When Mermaids Cry is not quite the same as it is on the CD, which sounds a lot better than the only video I could find of the song,

back to our Sunday lunch, for today a joint of beef,

eyes down and tuck in,

for dessert,

a strawberry tart with fresh cream, lots of cream! next feet up for a very late Sunday afternoon film,

Things to Come, a great Sunday afternoon black& white film,

we followed that with The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, which we both found so funny, keeping to a humorous film theme we rounded off the evening,

with Madagascar (2005), which featured 5 of my favourite characters, I am not sure who I like the best, King Julien or the 4 penguins, with the end of that we were then off to bed.
