White chocolate - made with cocoa butter from the organic cacao gardens of the Yuna River Valley in the Dominican Republic, organic milk, and raw cane sugar - is generously infused with extra-virgin lemon olive oil sourced from a family mill in Puglia, where they stone-grind whole organic lemons along with the olives at harvest time.
